How to report copyright infringement, and how we respond.
Designated contact
Copyright complaints: use the contact page and mark your message "DMCA". Include the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
Procedure
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Material found to infringe is removed or disabled, and the uploader is notified with the option to file a counter-notice.
Counter-notice
Counter-notices must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). Misrepresentations in either direction carry liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
